If I could give 0 stars I would I called for an estimate on my car headliner told him the make & model that i also have a sunroof he said hes going need see the car in person with a rude tone and just hung up in my face go in person ask for an estimate was really rude at it then he tried setting an appointment I told him im was just looking for an estimate and he got every upset saying I wasted his time

Michel is a good experience guy knows what he is doing, only thing he or his helper needs to be cleaner on cars as there was some kind of glue on my paint and a light scratch on the rear chrome bumper, and the car its self. Now the paint job on my car wasn't perfect but its beside the point. Other than that he did a great job on my car. I would recommend him just let him know you want a super clean job when he gets done. Also I think he was a lil pricy but he knows what he is doing.

I have used Michel's on two occasions. once to repair a seat which I intended to replace, but he assured me he could repair it for less money!! The second time was to replace the bottoms of two seats. His prices are reasonable and his passion for his craft is unquestionable. I would highly recommend him.

I went to his place of business to get a quote on a headliner and visors. He looked at it and gave me a verbal estimate. That was for the original color. I asked him about changing the color. He didn't mention anything about cost with color change. So I assumed it was the same amount. Well come to find out AFTER he installed the head liner
He then told me that just the head liner was the amount he quoted and that the visors were going to be an extra cost. What was I to do. He already installed the head liner. Moral of the story. GET IT IN WRITING WHEN IT COMES TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS.

Had him reglue the headliner in my vehicle, after which the car developed a nasty glue smell that wouldn't go away after many attempts to air out the car. After going back and attempting to get this problem solved, he rudely argued with me and insisted that the obvious stink was my imagination. He would also not give me a receipt for work done. Would not go back here and would strongly recommend avoiding his place.

I took my 87 el Camino there to have the extra padding the previous owner put in driver's seat, bottem and back, taken out. When I came to pick the car up he had removed too much padding from the bottom and nothing out of the back. He fixed the back and tried to charge me more money than he first quoted me. He then said he would put the padding back into the bottom and fix it yet when I went to pick it up it is much worse. I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix his mistake and bad workmanship. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else.
