I can't say enough great things about Miami sound rental. They were extremely responsive and helpful in setting up our order for an equipment rental. They were awesome at coordinating everything with us, in terms of arranging payment, scheduling everything, and figuring out all of the logistics for our event.

Special shout out to Juan and Mario, who set up the equipment for our event. They were absolutely amazing, they were fast, careful, diligent, patient, knowledgeable... I could go on and on!

And then a final shout out to Mario Moreno (different Mario), who was our main contact, and actually came personally to break down the equipment after the event. We have worked with him multiple years now, and we are so thankful for all of his help! And just as importantly he has built a great team to work with him, everyone has been fantastic!

I found this company in the Internet so did not know what to expect. They responded right away, sent me a quote and gave me options for what I needed (it was a TV set up for a video at an event). I like that they sent an email with all details (and mobile numbers and team members) so I knew who to call if needed. they got there on time the day of the event, set up perfectly, told me I could call if I had any issues (sicne there would be a video running all the time for 4 hours). They cam on time to pick up. IT was easy and seamless. Highly recommend.

The team was amazing from beginning to end. They answered all my questions and helped me select all the appropriate equipment. A week before the rental they called and went over all the details with me, and Juan (who set up my event) even circled back to make sure everything looked how it should. Truly the best team!

I was in need of a cold spark machine for a surprise wedding engagement party. I found Miami sound rental by accident but I could not be more pleased with the gear and service. From start to finish the instructions are clear and user friendly, the entire staff was polite and helpful. Special shout out to Mario & Joey who went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. Oh and the prices are great ! If you are ever in need of things for your next event, definitely give them a call!!

Mario and the team at Miami sound rental did a great job for our Sangeet event on Friday Dec 13th, 2024. We hired them to do pipe and drape job and were able to accommodate our change in request last minute. The crew came up and setup on time and were prompt and arrived on time to disassemble. If you want a professional team that is easy to work with Miami sound rental is the way to go.
