I went to Miami Appliance in Oakland Park, yesterday, for some new springs for my Kenmore washing machine. What a pleasant experience and I just can’t say enough about how well I was treated as a customer and how polite and knowledgeable the man behind the counter was, I’m sorry that I didn’t even get his name. No matter, because I will definitely be back the next time I need something. And I’d also like to note that I live in Cooper City.....not close but most certainly worth the drive. It’s a shame that small businesses like this aren’t as common these days and it was such a pleasure to do business with Miami Appliance. I will ABSOLUTELY be back!!!

I called Miami Appliance Parts on Wed to inquire about availability on a part. Vinnie was most helpful and said he could get the part by the next day. Sure enough, the next day Vinnie left me a message that my part was in. I picked it up and he was absolutely great. In this day and age where it is almost impossible to get decent customer service, Vinnie really stood out.

A few years ago our refrigerator stopped cooling. We almost bought a new 2 thousand dollar replacement, but instead I called here one evening about 10 minutes before close. I don't remember the gentleman's name but I described the problem and in about 5 seconds he says "Yep it's the relay for the compressor, I have those in stock I'll stay open for you". I raced over, spent whatever it was 10-20 bucks and swapped it in. He was exactly right. Would give 6 stars if I could.
