Walked in today, 2 people working and nobody acknowledged us for the 15–20min we walked around. They were not on the phone, just were absorbed in themselves. Nice showroom, terrible customer service.

I worked with them to outfit my primary bathroom remodel fixtures from sinks to showers and accessories and was blown away by the responsiveness and attention I received. More so than the excellent product selection, I really felt taken care of by the staff (shout out to Ken and Sheila). Super responsive via email if I had any questions post order! Would highly recommend them for your higher end plumbing fixture needs.

Wow! What a store. Miller's Fine Decorative Hardware has sinks and faucets that are extraordinary. They also have a ton of other items, like tubs. Most everything in the store is unique and awesome. But one of the best things about this store is that their staff go out of their way for their clients. Love this store!

Lexie White of Miller's Decorative Hardware is outstanding! Lexie is not only extremely competent, knowledgeable and nice, Lexie understands how to make the experience fun and to deliver the best options for her clients.
I have been working with Lexie for a long time on a very challenging project. Lexie has been there for me through the entire project and I feel that we picked out the best products that compliment our custom home with fair prices. Lexie's knowledge and understanding of what her clients are seeking is also a huge value that enhances any designer, homeowner or builder's experience.
Miller's has a wonderful selection and two locations in West Palm Beach and Jupiter. The atmosphere is relaxing instead of overwhelming.
I went to a lot of places before I discovered Miller's and the other showrooms, just don't get it. They either don't have a diverse selection or the right brands, mediocre to bad sales people with lack of knowledge, presence, personality and they don't understand the art of client services. Miller's get's it right every time, no matter who you speak with, but Lexie is hands down, my go to person. I highly recommend Lexie White and Miller's Decorative Hardware.
