Went in today, trying to support local small business. We asked if they had any used refrigerators. The guy working there said no but then immediately walked away. We stood around considering buying one at the full price but the guy's customer service was nowhere to be found. We decided to just go to Lowes. We bought one at full price from there and it even cost less than McNallys. I'm also in the market for a new microwave. Definitely won't be going back to McNallys for it

I called to have the dishwasher looked at. The service technician was very polite and respectful of my space and explained what was wrong with the dishwasher and which items needed to be replaced. A full written estimate was provided and within one week the parts arrived and the technician returned.
The technician was thorough and carefully removed, repaired, and reinstalled my dishwasher so that all sides were evenly spaced! I was impressed with the care provided! Thank you, McNally for going above and beyond my expectations!

The repair guy was nice enough but he left the dishwasher area a complete mess and did not even put it back into the compartment in the counter. You can see the hose is out and the latches are not even flush, so we have to pull the washer back out to at least put it in the counter for Christmas this weekend. They charged to tell us he could not repair it but left a bigger mess than when he came. Even if it couldn’t be repaired, he didn’t have to leave our kitchen a mess…

One day at 4:30 called to replace my refrigerator. After describing what was available, I picked one sight unseen. They delivered next morning 9:00 am. Couldn’t believe how fast, knowledgeable, and efficient they were.
During Covid lockdown couldn’t find a repairman for any amount of money. A YouTube appliance guy said buy your appliance where they will fix it. That’s my mantra from now on?. Will be going back.

McNally Appliances will NOT fulfill their Service Warranties. You can provide any information they ask for and...nope. McNallys will continue to bill you for the service warranty even if you don't renew it so make sure sure you cancel it, no matter how much McNallys bullies or scams you into keeping it. You'll be made to go in circles with Customer Service until you get frustrated and give up or get maybe eventually get third rate service that pressures you into buying a new appliance and new warranty.
