My washer stopped working last night. This afternoon I called McFarlane's at 12:15pm. The tech was at my house by 130pm and fixed my washer (lid switch) within a few minutes at a fair price! I've used McFarlane's before and it has always been this type of great service.

This is only the second time I've needed their services in 40 yeaes, and they did not disappoint. Prompt service, honest diagnosis, and reasonable prices. It may be another 40 years, but if I ever need another appliance repair, I'm calling McFarlanes!

Amazing service! BJ was our service provider and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. He fit us into the schedule and went out of his way to fix our problem. We had to order a part and it arrived within a couple days and he installed immediately. Very professional and service oriented! Thank you.

I have been a customer of Macfarlane's Appliance Center for several years. Abe Bidarian, whose corporation owns the business, is always very knowledgeable and honest regarding both purchases and repairs. Abe helped me keep my aging GE Profile refrigerator alive for long past its reasonable lifespan. His repairman, BJ, is one of the most knowledgeable appliance repairmen around, who will also repair LG applicances, unlike many other appliance repair services in the Land O Lakes area. Recently, when my old refrigerator's motherboard became defective, the age and condition of the fridge made it no longer worth the repair. Abe gave me good advice regarding the best refrigerator to replace it. My new refrigerator was delivered in a timely manner and was installed by Phillipe and Francisco who were very thorough and courteous during the installation. I recommend Macfarlane's Appliance Center highly. Talk to Abe about an appliance purchase you have in mind and you will see what I mean. : )

Over the years we purchased a few appliances from Abe at McFarlane's and had a couple repairs that was also done quickly and efficiently. A couple years ago I went to his store complaining that my dryer was taking too long to dry (with a self diagnosis that the heater must be going out). He calmly said "it's not your dryer, it's your vent, it's clogged if you have never had it cleaned out ". He gave me a recommendation for a company to have the vent cleaned, and TA-DA, it work perfectly again. They are fair, reliable and timely. They sell new and used appliances of many types and brands. Thanks Abe for making our lives a little easier 😊

Since our first few service visits we stopped in, bought a used refridgerator for the garage and a teriffic new LG dishwasher. Great service and fair price. Highly recommend!

Same day service call to repair our LG dryer. Abe was helpful on the phone, BJ was nice when he arrived for the repair. Overall, reasonable cost, a good experience, we'll be back!
