I have been coming here for the last 2 years and I love this place. Even when they are busy it’s still a 10 minute in and out process. The owner Tim and his sons are very helpful. If you are in the area and need equipment I highly recommend coming to McGraths!

Good grief! Stopped in to inquire about rentals and the young man and woman working there leaned against the counter without a care in the world or a clue about what they were doing. We asked about ski rentals and what kind of equipment they stock and the guy waved vaguely at the wall of skis and said “I don’t know what kind of skis…they look like this.” We asked the girl how much for a daily rental and she says “how about $30?” like it was a negotiation when the website says $25. Not only would I not rent here I would not trust them to adjust my bindings if they don’t even know what brand of skis they rent. I would recommend Bennys because the staff seem to be more knowledgeable with a comparable price point. (Visited 12-31-23 at about 1:30pm)

IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD!! My family and I rented equipment from this store over the weekend and I completely regret it. After returning all of the equipment Saturday late afternoon, I received a text that I had not returned my rentals. When I called the store to inquire about how this could have been possible and that they should check their camera system, the owner argued and hung up on me. This morning I woke up to a $600 charge on my card for ski’s that I did return!!!! Initially when entering the store I could see that the employees there were young adults or teenagers and the system for renting was a bit sloppy. I didn’t think it was anything to be concerned about but when my husband brought all of our rentals back for return they said our ticket could not be found so they wrote down his name and took all 4 rentals we had. Again, knowing that we had returned everything I didn’t think this was a huge issue. However, now I see that this place is in complete disarray! When speaking to the owner, he said they did not have equipment that matched my ticket. I asked him if it was possible that during the busy morning his employee wrote down an incorrect number from the skis and he completely dismissed me. I told him he could view the cameras to see that all of the equipment was brought in and again he dismissed me! I think it is a scam that this place can just change my card an extreme amount of money because they have a poor rental process. I would highly suggest not renting from this horrible business!!!!

I come in here very time I rent and all of the staff is very nice and knowledgeable I have never had a bad experience and I would recommend this ski shop to anyone whether they are on skis or a snowboard, it is great quality and great service 10/10?

We rented with McGrath’s yesterday for night skiing at Mountain High. We had a great experience renting with them! All employees were very nice, friendly and helpful, and there was no wait at all. Everything was very efficient! We rented 2 pairs of skis for $25 each (awesome deal considering we normally go to Montana and it’s like 5 times the price there), as well as 2 helmets, 2 pairs of poles, 2 boots, and a pair of goggles. They have all that plus more for you to rent - you can pretty much arrive in shorts and a t-shirt and come out with everything you need for skiing! They sell long socks if you forget to bring some for your ski boots, and they also sell some equipment if you don’t feel like renting. Best thing was we knew we were running a bit late to return, and we called and they were perfectly understanding - they stayed there past 10:30 pm (normal closing time) just to be sure we got our stuff back and everything was okay. Great service, great ski equipment, and great people! We will be renting with McGrath’s again!!
