Update: You have to go in person to get answers. I almost gave up, but the budget was for a used washer, and I don't trust the durability of new machines with computers. After going to another local shop, they told me Maurice was the best in south FL and around for decades. I purchased two appliances in the end and paid one delivery fee. I went back before delivery to make sure they fixed the cosmetic imperfection one machine had. They hadn't so I had to push for that, sadly. They honored their warranty when the machine I chose needed a minor repair. But, it took some appointment rescheduling on their part and a few phone calls...I'll probably go back for other appliances, though. Money saved is money saved, but sometimes saving money comes at a price.

Initial: Nice over the phone, but you will not here back after that. Called while shopping for repair. Answered and promised a call back. One week past. Called to follow up. Said they'd call back in 5 minutes. Silence. Gave up on them.

Oh my gosh, the quality is great. The selection is great, The value is great. Got our clothes dryer here. What a difference it made. Later got a washing machine. The first time I used it, I fell in love. My wife and I are shopping there now for two refrigerators. One for our daughter, one for us. They have every conceivable style, top freezer, bottom freezer, side by side, If you're in need of quality appliances at a good price, there is a reason these people have been here forever. Excellent service. We bought our top and bottom washer/dyer from these guys about 2 years ago, great price! We ran it harder than usual and when the water pump failed they came right out and didn't charge to let us know what the problem was. Came right back out the next day with the pump during a time convenient for me and installed the new pump, tested the unit, cleaned up any mess and were done in less than 20 minutes with time left for me to take a nap before getting the kids.

Very helpful, honest people. Even when they didn't have the specific part I needed, they were still more than happy to help me locate it from another business, rather than "have it for me in 3-5 days for 3 times the price" like another place I called.
Also, I saw that they have a nice selection of used appliances at good prices. Will definitely be back!

We have done business with Maurice Appliances since we moved to Lake Worth and bought a washer and dryer fromjh he them, over 8yrs ago. We needed the dryer to have a new heating part purchased and dryer works again as if brand new. Prices are never over the top! Customer service also great 👍. We will always use Maurice for appliances, even if we moved from the neighborhood.
