I will share my personal experience and also do an update once I’ve had the mattress for about a month. So I just purchased from them last night and it was a simple, smooth seamless experience. I was able to describe exactly what I felt was important and necessary, and they were able to guide me. The very first bed they pointed out was the one I chose, it was exactly what I was looking for because I’ve had one like it in the past and I just know. I also had a budget and they were kind within meeting me for that price point. No high-pressure sales no over selling smooth, consultative approach. I chose them because it was very close to home and I saw they had great reviews. as of now I couldn’t be more happy and pleased with what I got for the price I got it for and I will also do an update review once it’s time. Shopping for the perfect mattress can be overwhelming, so I was able to keep it simple and convenient and find what I was looking for very close to home.

Terrific experience with the guys at Mattress Xperts. We were in excellent hands with Bob who was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, nice, and as a bonus, hilarious. After much deliberation, and Bob's guidance, we settled on the perfect mattress for us. Bob gave us a great deal which included pillows and mattress protector. The mattress was delivered a couple days later, and the delivery guys were prompt and friendly. We love the mattress and truly appreciate the help we received from Bob and the Mattress Experts team! Highly recommend them for anyone in need of a mattress!

Our sales associate Mike was helpful, patient and extremely knowledgeable. We were trying to find a mattress that was not only very comfortable, but also accommodating to my husband and my achy bodies. He educated us on what was available, but was never pushy. Mike even took the time to put my little grandson on a bed to watch a cute movie which kept him entertained. His warmth and kindness showed thru. He definitely deserves recognition for his professionalism and extensive knowledge.
