STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
At first, everything seemed fine—the salespeople were friendly and convincing. But it was all a facade. A major red flag came when they pressured me to leave a positive review before I’d even received the product. I should have trusted my instincts.
I was promised a mattress delivery on Sunday, but it never came. The following day, after I called to complain, the delivery team rescheduled for Monday between 7-9 pm. They didn’t show up again.
Frustrated, I went to the store in person and dealt with Billah, the so-called "manager." He was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility, he interrupted me and made it clear that delivering my mattress was an inconvenience for him. No meaningful compensation was offered—just a set of sheets that were already given as a prior apology.
I gave up and ordered the mattress online. It arrived in 48 hours, hassle-free and cheaper.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest, incompetent, and a complete waste of time and money. No wonder people shop online

Dave Price provided exceptional service! He was very personable, knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and best of all, not pushy/aggressive. He explained the warranties and trial periods for each mattress we were interested in, and he was also able to schedule our delivery really quickly, within a few days. Highly recommend him and Mattress Plus, and we will definitely go back to him when we need our next mattress!
