Let’s start with Hannah, the associate who helped us. She was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We had our two young kids with us and she was so patient and kind. This store had a great selection of mattresses and Hannah helped us find the best fit for us. They had a lot of different price points and options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this store!

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Yucaipa. Miriam was knowledgeable about products and listened to our preferences and needs. She was not pushy to oversell, but truly explained the benefits of each product available concisely. It made it easy to decide what products, besides the mattress we wanted to buy.

Hannah was super helpful at Mattress Firm. She greeted us the second we walked in and asked us the right questions and allowed us to try multiple beds. Extremely helpful and friendly staff! From the second we walked in the door, they took their time and helped us find the perfect mattress! They didn’t have it in stock but the Redlands location did. We paid for it on the spot and picked it up same day at the other location.

Miriam is an amazing mattress expert. My house burned down in February and I needed a good bed. She took the time to walk me through many options. She went over various price points and I ended up getting a hybrid Serta Matress with an adjustable frame for an amazing price. No up selling! No pressure! I wish every sales person had the integrity of Miriam! She saw that I had been through a traumatic situation and didn't have any extra money to spend.
I will recommend her to everyone. Thank you Miriam! People like you make a difference!
