When you visit be sure to ask for Shawn Hanna! Shawn was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient and attentive. Buying the right mattress can be a really tricky and frustrating process, but Shawn really took his time to answer all of my questions and put me at ease. I never felt pressured or rushed, which ultimately helped me feel confident moving forward with my purchase. I was fully transparent about my budget and he worked really hard to get me the best deal. It’s been almost a full month with my new bed (which I tried over and over again in the store amongst others) and I couldn’t be happier. This truly is all thanks to Shawn! Trust that this guy knows his stuff and will definitely look out for you!

Yecenia was beyond amazing. She was incredibly attentive, exceptionally knowledgeable, and gave my family the best shopping and customer care experience. She treated us professionally but also made us feel like family. She was welcoming from the start. This was our first time visiting a Mattress Firm store and we were definitely wowed. The store had a great selection for all budgets and has no hidden pricing which made us comfortable while trying out the beds and different frames with a selection of bells and whistles. Yecenia was knowledgeable on the differences in the bed details as well as pricing differences. My mom was visiting from out of town and visited the store with us and will be returning to get her own bed too. We are so glad we visited this store. Yesenia took such good care of us, we can’t wait to see her see again for our next purchase.
