Mattress by Appointment Citrus County is fantastic! Bill made shopping for a new mattress so easy and i enjoyed the fact you can try out all of the products to make sure you're getting the one you love. Love the good quality mattresses at great prices! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, especially not a big fancy expensive retail store. We delivered a mattress to a home that was flooded by one of the many hurricanes in Tampa. Thank you Bill for a great experience.

I can't say enough about Bill and Jordan. They answered all my questions....super friendly....no high pressure sales tactics...fantastic customer service - They were AWESOME to work with!!! Their pricing can't be beat. The big box stores want an arm and a leg, but Mattress By Appointment Citrus offers quality pillow top and super plush mattressess at prices I could afford. Thank you! Bill and Jordan are wonderful people!!! These guys really care about others and want to help others out as well!! If you are in need of an adjustable base with a good nice mattress PLEASE come see them FIRST!!! They are wonderful and miracle workers!!! Out of all the years of buying a new mattress they made us feel at home and welcomed. I give them beyond five stars and one of the best customer services I have had in a very long time!!!!

The owner Bill was a joy to work with. Not only did we buy our split king and green mattresses, but the mattress protectors and sheet sets for both. Along with 6 pillows, including 2 king size pillows. Working with him was such a pleasure and he made it simple with emails too, after our visit to the store. Not-to-mention the SAVINGS!

Jordan made buying a mattress super easy for us! He allowed us to take our time with the different mattresses and with different pillows! I highly recommend this place to all!!
