This is not an honest company. They give you one price and charge you another. They sold me used and broken parts like new. They have a monopoly, neither the owner nor the person in charge of answering the calls and working in the office have a good attitude. They agreed to return the call in relation to the money they charged extra and they never called. This is the only company that provides service to my location. Now that the service is needed again, they refused to give a price unless they were told who and where the service was going to be. They gave an average price with a very bad attitude. I asked to speak to another person and she gave me a crazy number which I was unable to speak to. When I called back, the person in charge told me that she had already spoken to the owner and that they are not going to provide service at my location. I recently bought this property where everything depends on propane gas. Their monopoly is that you depend on them and submit to their games or you are left with nothing.

Always a great experience. Swift when someone is outside. A little difficult to find someone at times. They could use a buzzer or something like that to grab their attention. It's not too often but it does happen. Other than that the place is great.

I love going there as a quick stop to go in a convenience store and buy what I need and a lot of what I want and don't need LOL and that's because they have such good prices excellent customer service always a smile on their face truly a blessing to go in a place that the people treat you like their happy to see you and they want to wait on you and always welcome us to come back God bless them they need recognized for everything they do to make customers feel special in their store

Will not be doing business with them any longer. My family has been customers for almost 30 years. I've had a rough past couple of months. Today I get a surprise from them. No calls, nor a knock on my door to ask me permission. They just fill my propane tank with a $162 dollar bill. They are lucky I don't call the cops. And hit them with trespassing. Call and tell them this was not ok. And they double down with they're doing me a favor... I just wanted them to know not to do it again, and to say they where sorry. Rude is a understatement. What they did was illegal. I'm going to lock my tank now. There's a lot of other issues with them, that I'm not going to discuss here.

Mr Matchett is very nice and informative about things. He helped me a couple of weeks ago, he still pumps gas in vehicles. He likes to keep tradition.

Four stars for affordable prices but customer service needs some more work. Staff isn’t to friendly and rush a lot makes you feel like you inconvenience them by stopping by.
