Peter and Sheila are very professional and provide great customer service. They picked up and delivered my wool area rug. I have had the rug quite a few years and it had never been cleaned. I unrolled it this morning and am so pleased! My rug looks brand new! Master Cleaners provides great service and quality! I highly recommend them.

My Navajo style wool rug was looking pretty dull after years of traffic annd food spills- also shredded edges. Master Cleaners not only did a beautiful job of cleaning it (looks brand new!), they also re-wove the frayed edges. I’m so happy I took it to the pros, thanks Master Cleaner Team!!!?

I have never left an online review of a company’s services, but Master Cleaners in Santa Rosa more than deserves a positive shout-out for their professionalism and customer care. I brought in two small area rugs that my grandmother had in her bedroom for over 20 years, and for the past 30 years I had (unwisely) folded and stored in a pillowcase. I wanted them cleaned before giving them to my daughter. When I picked up the rugs, they were wrapped in Tyvek because I had mentioned my daughter lived out of state. (I had no idea Tyvek is used to protect rugs for shipping and storage.) Both rugs turned out beautifully; the colors pop, the fringe is white again and mended in spots where needed. Owners Mike and Sheila Masi treated me like family. Their priorities are customer care and quality work.

My hairdresser recommended Master Cleaners and I could not have had a better experience. I brought in a Navajo rug. Peter carefully and thoughtfully looked it over and was honest about what he could and could not accomplish. Although the process took some time, my rug turned out spectacularly! To my eye, all color bleeding was removed. The colors were crisper than I had ever seen them. I believe they literally go through bit by bit for an overall cleaning. I could not recommend them more highly.

Master Cleaners are the best. Due to the visit of my sons dog during rainy season, there was so much dirt in this rug that you couldn’t even see there was a pattern. The technicians came to pick it up and talked me through questions about this rug and another in my house. They took it away and spent quite a bit of time working to get the stains out. It came back like new! And the guys helped me move things around to put it back in place. I can’t speak highly enough about this company. Many thanks, Master Cleaners!
