We recently bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Martin and Harris Appliances. I initially chose Martin and Harris because they are the only seller + servicer of Speed Queens in Marin. Mike made the sale process incredibly easy, from the moment we stepped into the store. He ordered the units, coordinated our delivery, and then was available by phone during and post delivery for questions. It's hard to find honest and reliable people in our world today, however Mike is one of them. If you are looking for appliances, I highly recommend checking out Martin and Harris.

They have a great selection of high-quality appliances. I bought a 24 inch wall oven for a rental property. For some reason the oven wouldn’t work perfectly, so they sent a technician out and replaced the control board the next day. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

The Martin & Harris Service Department is like getting a colonoscopy!
They told me to read a 30+ page manual to figure out why my $1500 washing machine stops with clothes sopping wet.
They further went on to say that I should experiment with different settings to try and get the machine to work properly
I asked why this "intelligent" machine could not display info on what to do when the machine does not work properly and was told to call Whirlpool to complain and was hung up on
Now that's service!

We have purchased many items from M & H and have always appreciated them. A recent experience: we purchased a new oven which required repair. Their technician Fred [and his assistant Mario] were here on 3 different occasions; one part was replaced, another was required which was provided at no cost either for labor or parts. They stuck with a problem and we are deeply appreciative. In this day and age having a small local business you can rely on means everything.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Bought a countertop microwave and Nick took the time to look up different ones, helped me compare their features. The only down side was they didn't have the one I settled on in stock so we had to wait 7-10 days. I like buying from M&H because they are a small, local business.
