Not satisfied with our Kitchen countertops or failure to take responsibility. We delivered the SINK to them months earlier and the FAUCET to the Builder who recommended them. Both erroneously installed without space for our (thin) tile backsplash (see PHOTO). They each blamed each other and we have to pay another Marble company to redo our Countertops. would not recommend

Donnie did an exceptional job on our cabinets ! He has been doing it for years, and can easily do customized work. We originally started our project with Lowe's, but could sense a disconnect there with the installers & installation possibilities. We knew we needed a cabinet maker/installer who knew what they were doing and worked close with design and scheduling. So we switched to Marlin Marble, and sooooooo glad we did! Maranda did a really great job at designing what we wanted and advising on the cabinet layout. It's perfect! One suggestion for MM would be to assign a project manager /main point of contact for after the design phase. It's always hard to anticipate when things happen and when to expect them to show up, and it was critical for us to be here throughout. Some lack of communication there. But overall we are thrilled with how the cabinets and quartz countertops turned out!!! It's great to have a trusted local company!

We just moved into our new home in Lake Placid and Marlin Marble provided the counter tops and window sills. Stephanie guided us throughout the entire process and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. She exceeded all of our expectations! Stephanie spent so much time with us reviewing the options we had and showing us the entire inventory. She kept us informed at all times by always making herself available and by answering our calls and emails immediately. Again, we couldn't be more pleased!

These folks are great. Stephanie, Jimmy, and the installers were very responsive and professional. The invoice was super reasonable everything considered. Will definitely hire again for our shower upgrade!

Marlin Marble did a great job on our kitchen and bathroom. We love our granite Countertops and new cupboard doors. Bill came out and measured our cupboards and Countertops. We then went to the shop and worked with Stephanie to pick our what types and styles we wanted. About 3 weeks later Donnie came out and did our doors and Hector and his helper did our granite. They all were very nice and professional. We would recommend this company.

We made it clear from the beginning of our home construction we DID NOT want Marlin Marble to do any work on our home.
Sad to say we weren't listened to by our contractor.
Marlin Marble was brought in anyway. We have incomplete seals under our window sills. 1 windowis sealed. 2i think are partially sealed and the others well, nothing.
