Scam alert. I paid them cash at the store to deliver n install a dryer. He came by himself and i help him load n unload and at the end i ask if he had put the clamp in the dryer airvent hose, bc i knotice tge tape was off to the side, he said yes. I though it was weird how fast it was. I ask him again when he was at his truck, he said yes with 100% certainly. I came back went n check to discover that the hose is not even attach to the dryer , and there was no clamp what so ever, i would not trust these people at all, when they bluntly lie , twice, not once, twice. I am going to file a complaint with the city that gave them a license to operate, i dont trust that my gas line is hook up properly.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND MARIO’S APPLIANCE! I paid them to come take a look at my dryer because it was making a loud banging noise and Mario said it was the wheels that needed to be replaced. He had them on hand and fixed the issue on site. A day later my dryer stopped heating up! It NEVER had this issue before. I called him back and explained the new problem and he said he can come out in a FEW DAYS and it would cost me another $75 to inspect (open up) the dryer! This turned from a five star to ZERO if I could! I’m beyond disappointed in this small business! I spent $200 to repair the loud noise and ended up with a completely USELESS DRYER THANKS TO THEM! In this economy, $200 is not easy to come by for some folks like myself, so this really put a dent in our family’s finances. Very frustrating to say the least.

Mario is a very honest man, very few men of honor left in the business world. He fixed my washer machine and he didn't charge an outrageous amount. He charges $20 for the visit to check your appliance out and gives you the diagnosis. I now have a refrigerator that needs some work, I trust him that he will not rip me off. Oh, and my washer machine, he fixed it about 4 years ago and it's working wonderfully and I didn't pay very much!! Thank you Mario for your excellent work!! I will always recommend you to anyone that needs appliances or needs work on their appliances!

His a professional at his job either selling the products or when his fixing , either a Refrigerator a Washer or Dryer, he gives really good prices really good brands when his either fixing the product or selling the product, how the kids are saying it today his legit in his profession , we need more businesses like his .

I've known them for over 30 yrs and they are honest people and Mario always fixes my appliances, they are very good with their prices and workmanship that last forever.
My washer broke and I bought one from them and the price was good and quality is great.

I would never recommen this Technician, I spent $300 and he couldn't fix my refrigerator.
His method of diagnosing is trial and error he replaces parts and hopes for the best, unfortunately he guessed wrong with my refrigerator and none of the parts he changed solve the problem.
He assured me he would refund me for the parts but never did, so am down $300 and still have to bring a real tech to fix my fridge.

They seem like honest and hard-working people in that nobody can deny! Cost of estimate of repair is 20.00 per trip. However you can buy used appliances such as fridge and washing machine from these people in their La Puente store for excellent prices!
