I recently purchased this GE Monogram wall oven and saved $1,800 off what local retailers were asking. Multiple photos were emailed to me along with the bill of lading. The photos showed the appliance and the box condition, and then more after it was packaged for shipping and strapped to the pallet. Communication with the store and the shipping company (FedEx Freight) were fantastic. I just finished installing it and registering the product warranty with the manufacturer.

Looking at a few negative reviews I would suggest reading the description very carefully, and reaching out to the store via their live chat or call the showroom if you have any questions about an item. I would highly recommend this company and I will likely be purchasing from them again to replace other aging appliances.

Great experience with Melissa at Mardey’s. She’s very knowledgeable and I was looking for a nice white fridge (yes white, all my kitchen appliances came white) and then one day I went in and there it was - my beautiful GE 24.7 cu Ft French door fridge! They made delivery so easy and I got a great price as there were a couple of very minor scratches on the handles. AND I didn’t even notice all the gorgeous interior lights which now floods my kitchen with beautiful illumination! And I have a 1 year warranty by registering the fridge with GE. So happy.

Update 01/31/2025pm - Your response is as misleading as your website. Your staff was rude and obnoxious and I was lied to repeatedly. Your staff claimed the oven was never used in a residence. Clearly the oven was used and warranty was activated in Oct 2023. KitchenAid exposed your lie and you still refuse to be honest. You Delivered a USED OVEN not an open box oven or blemished oven this is USED. If this oven was a new customer return as you claim, tell us where the oven was between Oct 2023 and Jan 2025? If it was returned in Oct 2023 why did you wait until 2025 to sell it?
Let’s clarify a few things. I never said I didn’t pay attention. I said I didn’t search your website for your unique definition of new. Your website says the unit is not used or refurbished (see attached screen shot from your website) and we know the oven is used and was installed at a residence. I didn’t have concerns about the wiring. I was pointing out several items that indicate this was a used oven. Items like no install pieces, not warrantee card, the manufactures date of July 2023 and yes the used wiring harness.
I have endured being lied to and being talked over by Mardey’s employees and even in your reply you can’t hide your distain for your customers. I wasn’t rude I was responsive to your rudeness, lies and disrespect. My campaign to expose your company is not a threat. I believe strongly that your company is using false advertising and bullying to take advantage of customers and I will take steps to help others from being taken advantage of by Mardeys.com. Yes, that does include filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals Office and posting accurate honest reviews.
Your resolution that I pay to pack and ship the item to you in Florida $400 and pay 15% restocking another $400 is not a resolution. That is Mardey’s way of getting customers to accept your used appliances. You shipped a USED oven and I did NOT purchase a used oven. You should admit your lie, pick up the oven at your expense and make a full refund. That is the only acceptable resolution.

Update 01/31/2025 - Mardey's SOLD me a USED OVEN they CLAIMED was NEW open box. Paul from Mardey's was rude and obnoxious this morning continuing to claim the oven was new because it had never been in a residence. However, according to KitchenAid Paul from Mardey's lied! The oven was registered to an end user Oct 5th 2023 and KitchenAid even supplied me with the end users name. Paul didn't seem too surprised when I called him back but he did drop the obnoxious attitude when I inform him I had proof of fraud.
Today I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Next week I notify the Florida Attorney General about the fraud! More to come.

1/30/2025 - I just received my “New Open Box” Kitchen Aid Oven from Mardey’s. This is a used oven! NO trim or install pieces. They used a sticky tape all over (inside & outside) that leaves a nasty residue. When I called to return the oven I got a lecture on what “Open Box” means. Mardey’s claims that even though the item is almost two years old and has been used as a demo for countless hours this is still new because it was never installed in a residence. That is if you choose to believe that. I call BS! This is a used oven and not covered by the 1 year manufactures warranty. Check out manufactures date in attached pictures. I will update my review as I take the steps necessary to resolve this. First I will talk to Mardey’s management followed by a dispute with my credit card company. That of course will be followed by dozens of complaints, reviews, online posting and more. I already talked to the BBB and naturally Mardey’s Appliances & Repair is NOT an accredited business. Hold tight, if Marley’s is as dishonest as they appear this should be a interesting ride.

I needed a refrigerator repair. My technician (Danny) diagnosed the issue, ordered my part, and came the next week to install the GE item. The co-ordination of appointments (Melissa) were well met; and on time. I love their schedule efficiency and guaranteed work. I am so happy I can keep my Kenmore/GE Refrigerator . I purchased a Samsung bespoke 4 door white glass refrigerator couldn't find it anywhere for the price I was looking for and boom! Mardeys had it, to make things even better the plastic was still on the refrigerator no scratches no dents and it even had that new fridge smell! I was able to secure my fridge and they delivered it to my location with ease! Thank you Melissa and the team! I appreciate you guys and I promise I will be back for future purchases!

I spent a few days discussing an open box Jenn Air wall oven they had in stock. They listed the unit on eBay as “Open box. An item in excellent, new condition with no wear. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or may be in the original packaging but not sealed.” I reached out to them directly as I wanted to purchase other items too and we agreed on price. After collecting all my information and getting ready to put together the purchase order, they notified me the unit actually had several areas of damage - which of course was a surprise to me. I didn’t know this and only asked that they provide the same warranty coverage I would have gotten if I had purchased new - which was two years (versus their one year). It felt like a “bait and switch” and I got nervous. They absolutely dug in and refused to budge. They told me Paul would give me a call and then nothing - ghosted.
