The washer and dryer was sitting for 6 months my mom just moved back from Alabama and wants to wash her clothes and the dryer does not get hot i contacted Marcos appliance for help since they sold me the set. When they came out i was charged a $25 fee to be told that the plug was not giving enough power. After my maintenance man came to check the plug, to confirm it's the correct one. And gives enough power
Marcos told me that since i did not report a washer and dryer set that i didn't get to use for six months they can not repair it.
Even after i found my receipt for purchase
So I've wasted over a total of $500 with this company and still have no dryer that gets hot.

Jose came to our home to fix our washing machine. He was skilled and fast. He cleaned the filter and reprogrammed the computer effortlessly. Excellent work. Reasonable prices!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a 4 door french door refrigerator with no dents on the front and had it delivered the next day. Very pleased with it. Everything works great including the ice maker. Evelyn was very friendly. I love the fact that their refrigerators were plugged in and on already unlike some places I went to. Also their prices are cheaper and their delivery fee as well. Will certainly use them again for my next washer purchase. I highly recommend them.

Update: 2/24/24 and refrigerator still working perfectly.

I purchased a washer, dryer, and fridge from Marco's Appliances. They delivered the next day hassle-free, but within a week the fridge and dryer stopped working. They replaced both, but within a couple of weeks the replacement fridge also stopped cooling. Communication was very poor, to the extent that they eventually stopped responding at all, even though my 30 day warranty period was not up yet. Now I'm $400 poorer and stuck with a fridge that a third-party repairman said would be cheaper to replace. The staff were friendly, but, based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Marco's Appliances.

Recently bought a washer and dryer from them. It was very reasonably priced for how quality the item was. I was noticing that a near exact model of the dryer I bought brand new was 600 dollars more than my entire matching set I bought from them! Very happy with my purchase and will be back if I need anything else. Delivery was also very fast.

I have used this company several times over the past year. I am a a realtor and sometimes I am asked by my investors to assist them with finding great appliances. You don’t need to go anywhere else but with Marco Appliances. I recently purchased my own home and knew exactly who I would be calling for my Refrigerator, washer and dryer. The selections were Awesome, customer service and they will get your appliances out right away. I recently called for a service call because they offer a 90 day warranty, and it was a pleasure discussing my issue with them. Well, my husband realized that it was my fault, but a few days later, I got a call from Marco’s appliances following up to be sure that everything was ok.. That’s just wonderful to me. Great prices, variety of manufactures to choose from and great customer service.. Do yourself a favor and call this company for all of your pre-owned appliances, you will be glad you did.!!!!

These owners are amazing!! We bought our side by side fridge from here and now our washer and dryer!! These people are amazing. I purchased my appliances on a Friday normally they do a same day turn around, but they knew they could not mean that expectation and I was told that the next day they would be able to deliver and even after he was not there normal hours they made sure to bring me what I had previously purchased and on top of that they made sure everything worked and it was top notch customer service I would absolutely always recommend them to anyone ever asked and have even passed around cards to all of my friends
