Fantastic service. Anthony let us make our own decisions first and then advised on the best one and also went down with the price to meet the budget.
They have a larger selection than any other store in the Bay Area I went into too.

I purchased a mattress from Mancini's Sleepworld 7 months ago, and unfortunately, it has already developed a significant sag since last month. This has caused me lower back pain, which I had to go to chiropractor for treatment.

I contacted the store manager with photos of the defect, but he claimed he couldn't see the problem and refused to offer any warranty. He even went so far as to say that because my mattress cost $800, it wasn't comparable to a $2000. This lack of support and dismissive attitude is unacceptable, especially given that the mattress is still under warranty.

While the initial purchase experience was fine, the quality of the mattress and the dismissive customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend Mancini's Sleepworld to anyone looking for a reliable mattress or a company that stands behind its products.

Last week my wife and I stepped into the showroom of Mancini’s on El Camino in San Mateo looking for a new mattress. We were met by Anthony Cooper who took his time to show us their inventory, explaining pros and cons of each brand and each model. I was concerned that a salesperson would pressure us into buying something right then and there, but Anthony did not pressure us at all. Overall, we had a very nice experience and ended up buying a mattress that we would hopefully enjoy for many years to come. I would highly recommend Mancini’s if you decide to search for a new mattress.

Alex is a great sales person. Took his time explaining different models of beds to us. He is extremely knowledgable about all the different mattresses, frames and accessories. We had the new bed delivered in two days! Delivery team was efficient and courteous.

The customer service was amazing. My grandparents were looking to buy a new bed and mattress. The man who helped us was very patient and was going out his way to get us the best deal. I would definitely go back when I need a new bed or mattress.
