It takes FOREVER to receive items that you order. Now going on six weeks since I placed my order. I received an email that this item was back in stock..so I paid for and ordered it. Here we are SIX WEEKS LATER.. and still no item. Customer Service was of no help at all. Told me "they just filled other orders before you, it will be two or three more weeks."
As much as I enjoy many of the items..this will be my last time to order from Magnolia.. as I have gone through this each and every time I order from them....

All of the pieces are really gorgeous - I’m obsessed with the green and white marble checkers set we purchased. These are items you can’t find as part of their target collection. It is on the pricier side but they do offer free shipping for orders over $100

Here's my experience in buying the olivia bed from Magnolia home.

Ordered July 19- delivered September 22. Unfortunately they failed to mention the order could take 8-10 weeks to ship. Non the less technically on time ish.

Product is delivered and setup with white glove service. And we'll. We have mismatching parts. The bed is grey but for some reason we recieved navy blue rails.

No problem, so I call support. They tell me I can accept the order and they will send them back with new rails.

Ticket is opened. September 22. Customer service says it takes normally 2-3 days for vendor to get back. A week passes. I contact them, they tell me the same thing. Another week passes. Same exact answer. Now here we are 1 month later with the same canned responses.

Quite disappointed with this transaction. I would avoid buying furniture from Magnolia like a plague.

Update December 1- still no parts. They have scheduled delivery twice and have never showed up. Representatives can give an answer as to why. I requested a return and I have no recieved no feedback as to how yet.

Horrible furniture quality. We were playing a board game and the bench collapsed. If you have the black wooden bench return immediately. It’s dangerous!

I placed an order for a sweatshirt, T-shirt and a silos cap. The material they were made with was something that I could have bought at Dollar General. I am so disappointed! I can't believe Chip and Joanna Gaines have endorsed merchandise of this quality. I find no pleasure in saying that. I have loved all things associated with them. Please correct this! I can't believe I am the only one who is unsatisfied. I will be returning the things I ordered. That is if I can find out how to muddle thru the website. That's another issue. Very unsatisfied!
