Had a water leak and had to pull up carpets and mat. We had used them before so we had them come in and out down fresh matt and the carpet ( which we had dried). Appointment was at 7:30 and that is when they arrived. Immediately they got to work and before I knew it they had finished cleaned up completely and were finished. Very satisfied.

My husband and I picked out carpet yesterday from here. Hunter told us he'd come out in the morning at 11:00 to measure our house. Noone ever showed up or even called us explaining why the weren't coming!! We waited and waited and finally left our home to return their samples of carpet back to them. When I walked in the store Hunter was just standing there doing nothing and I asked him what happened? We had an appointment with you. He said he tried calling but there was no answer. He said he didn't leave a message. I told him we waited and waited for him and he could have at least left a message. He claimed his truck broke down. He had a real attitude with me and told me to have a nice day! Well buddy you lost out on $5000 I'll go somewhere else with people that have good customer service.!!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. We had wood floor and carpet installed. Wayne went above and beyond researching samples for us. Hugo and his wife were very professional and did a fantastic job. Dario and Edgar installed the carpet and they,too, we're amazing! I highly recommend this company.

I made an appointment a week prior to need someone to come out. The day of the appointment the guy was 30 min late. He stated he had a customer in the office. We were on a tight schedule as explained previously to the appointment. The guy said "no problem."The real estate agent gave me a 1 hr. Time frame. When the guy arrived he took measurements in a timely manner and said "I'll call you this afternoon with an estimate." It has now been over a week without a call. I have called and left 2 messages without a response back. Poor customer service.

Excellent customer service! Bob helped us pick out a quality kitchen flooring at a reasonable price per square foot. And he offered excellent advice on how to properly install the planks. Will certainly do business with M&M on future projects.

Super disappointed! Working with a contractor for a complete remodel on a mobile home I'm purchasing. "Hunter completely flaked on me! Showed up late, on a Friday afternoon, and then after taking measurements, promised to leave samples at my door the following Monday. Still haven't heard back from him, or anyone at M and M. Taking my business elsewhere!

I purchased a remnant piece of carpet for my closet. They have great customer service and reasonable prices. Installer was timely and professional. I will definitely use them for future projects.
