Lynn Cunningham Appliance installed GE appliances for our kitchen remodel, coordinating with our contractor. BJ helped us pick out a great color, black slate. The prices were the same or better than Home Depot. I was impressed by the fantastic service offered by BJ and the installation crew. The dishwasher and microwave were back ordered due to stalled manufacturing during the pandemic. The shop installed loaner appliances for us to use until the ones we ordered came in. Working with them was a joy.

I have to vent

On April 19, 2021 I paid Lynn Cunningham $834.70 to replace a compressor on my 20 year old Amana refrigerator. I could have bought a new one, but I really like this one. I figured a new compressor and I'd have another 20 years - or at least something more than 13 months.

I called Lynn Cunningham yesterday - 16-May-2022 - to say that the compressor had stopped working (everything in the refrigerator was warm, freezer items were thawing out).

After leaving 2 voicemails (several calls that I specifically had to press a # for service/billing) I got a call back. The service rep told me that the parts were covered for 1 year and I could arrange another service call for compressor replacement that would be a minimum of $650.00. I told her that they had already been more trouble than they had been worth.

Yes - a 1 year warranty is 1 year. This was 13 months. If I had an expectation that a new compressor would last less than a month after warranty expiration I would never have had them attempt to fix the refrigerator in the first place.

I will never use Lynn Cunningham for anything again!

Vivienne was very helpful with scheduling, great attitude.My technician John was very knowledgeable and resourceful when repairing my refrigerator. Also had a guy who changed the direction my washer/dryer doors opened to. Nice professional guy.They showed up within allotted time frame. Overall great experience.

I was very impressed with Lynn Cunningham Appliance and the service technician, Mr. Harper. I had recurring problems with my Whirlpool refrigerator and it finally became necessary to call out a professional appliance repair company. Lynn Cunningham worked me in as quickly as they could. They showed up when they said they would. Mr. Harper was clearly very knowledgeable and quickly determined the real problem wasn't what it had seemed to be. They ordered the needed part right away and came back out the day after it came in. I asked Mr. Harper to call me a few minutes before he arrived so I could get my dogs out of the way and he did so. He was very pleasant to work with. The pricing was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Recently, Lynn Cunningham appliances went to my rental property to perform a repair on my fridge. There were a few problems with it, they ordered parts and returned for the repair. When they arrived the main board went out on the fridge. Of course my bill was creeping up. I went ahead with the repair because my tenants needed a working fridge. I was happy with my service and the bill was reasonable. When I called to pay off my bill, I found out that they decided to give me a discount on their services. It was completely unexpected.

I have used Lynn Cunningham Appliances in the past and have always been pleased with their service and price. I hardly ever take the time to review companies, but their professionalism, quality of work and pricing needed to be acknowledged. If you need a repair on your appliances I would give them a call.

Lynn Cunningham Appliance fixed our Samsung washing machine promptly and at what we considered a reasonable price. They installed a new pump as soon as it came in, and called in advance to schedule an arrival window. Service people were courteous and professional -- easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Lynn Cunningham Appliance used to be a very good organization. We purchased all of our appliances from them and had them out for service calls a couple of times. No issues there.
I think something has changed recently however. I called twice this week to set up a service call for an ice maker. You can no longer speak to a real person. Instead you have to leave a voice mail. I left 2 voice mails and did not get a call back at all. I ended up calling a different company that returns calls to get my repair done.
