So I walked in the store today (1/8/25) and browsed the automatic Lever 5 drywall tools with the intent to spend several thousand dollars for my business. After waiting for a few minutes...

Guy on far left behind counter leaned back in his chair: "can I help you?"

Me: "Do you sell these in a package?" *pointing at the Level 5 automatic drywall tools like a price is right model*

Guy in chair: "what?"

Me: "do you sell complete sets of these tools?" *again pointing at the automatic level 5 drywall tools*

Chair guy that never bothered getting up: "No." *then an awkward silence insued**..................

Me: "so I should just buy direct from the manufacturer then? Is that what youre telling me?"

Preoccupied guy in chair: *leans over to get paper out of printer and says: "yea." *more awkward silence*.......

Me: "ok then, thanks" and I left...

Chair guy is probably the worst salesman ever. Myself, being a seasoned salesman, would have taken the obvious opportunity to offer up a solution by assembling a package for a customer that I know for a fact, was standing there ready to spend thousands of dollars. I was literally asking to be sold a lot of money in equipment! Clearly good help is hard to find, especially in florida. Coming from the midwest, we have a different outlook on the working world. Chair boy needs some HR training and clearly a little sales training especially when confronted with a contractor asking to be drained of money. Read the room chuckles because you missed out. Enjoy! You deserve this review...

Front line staff Eric went above and beyond to help us out, pretty unbelievable service! Will definitely being purchasing whatever we can from them. Our Lanai project is quite small, but was treated like we were building a million dollar home!

I have been waiting two days for L & W Englewood to pick up a return but this is the second day of a no show & no call. I cannot move into my home until the extra drywall is moved out.

Eric originally made the scheduled pick up for July 15. I spoke to him again July 18 and was told I was on the schedule today. I also spoke to Dennis who said he would call back but never did.

Chris explained to me upon my order that I could have a return picked up minus a 20% restocking fee. No problem for me because I can't remove 20 sheets of drywall from a 2nd story house.

LW Arcadia location, do not deliver prior to 7 am peace river does not allow commercial vehicles before 7am no signs are posted and state troopers are on sight waiting to ticket.
