Not only did Lux Furniture beat all big brand furniture prices, but they offered very accommodating delivery times. My bedroom set is so beautiful. I did not see this style bed set anywhere else. They have beautiful selections and great deals. Thanks Jody, Katie and Wes.

You will never get a better experience then what we had buying our beds my husband and I are happy with our bed and how they go out of there way for you. So of course it was so good we just bought a bed for my Dad they was wonderful we only gave a short notice and the bed was delivered and the delivery went well also. I had high hopes from this place since my family has purchased from them before. I purchased 2 beds from them the same day 1 of them being a whole king set just to find out it was used and literallysays it on the tag, when purchasingit no one mentionedit was used. The delivery guys came and damaged the roof of my ceiling my husband had to jump in and help because I didn't want anymore damages. The next day I called the manager as it was late, he seemed really understanding and told me he would find me new king bedframes and not used ones as I originally wanted. Months went by and still nothing. I followed up and the women I spoke with said she would follow up with Jody the manager I believe his name was. Months later and still nothing. Also on a side note the manager told me the second delivery guy they hired was a drunk off the streets. I'm sorry but no, this was not the right thing to do especially if you know they had zero experience as a mover. I don't recommend this place what so ever. I would reconsider adjusting my review if they actually follow through with thier original phone agreement with me but the chances I'm sure ate slim to none since it took them this long and still nothing has been done.

Great place. My mom is very picky and didn't want to spend a lot of money, but she really needed a new bed. Shannon went out of her way to make sure my mom got the perfect bed and was able to meet a few special request we had. The owner is a really cool guy, he helped my mom a lot .Great prices, great customer service. We'll be back here for sure!
