Lux Bond & Green of Glastonbury is such a wonderful jewelry store! The atmosphere is warm, inviting & the decor is lovely! I have a very soft spot in my heart for this store because I grew up with the original MA Green jewelry store in Waterbury, CT. I’m so happy a location is in Glastonbury because my grandchildren are all located there.
Lux Bond & Green employees never fail to accommodate any need I may have with grace & respect.
My most recent experience was having an add-a-pearl necklace for a granddaughter strung with all the pearls I’ve gifted her over the past 9 years. Arleen W took such good care setting up the pearls to be strung & Sheila did an absolutely beautiful job stringing them! Sheila also gave me some valuable advice about the length of the necklace. It is truly exquisite! I cannot wait to give the necklace back to my little granddaughter! She (& my daughter) will be thrilled!!

I purchased my first Rolex here with mark and the experience was second to none. He got me on the waitlist for a very sought after watch and kept me updated the whole way. Checking in with friendly and professional messages to keep me in the loop and to see if I had any other questions. Finally when it arrived nothing but class from the moment I walked in great staff welcoming me in like family offering water or anything they could do or get for me, to the adjustment of the watch to fit like a glove with lots of attention to detail, just an all around great experience from start to finish I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!
