When I walked in to Luv-Tile, I was welcomed by the door connector alert and Ms. Bonnie’s warm smile. After sharing images of our pool design Bonnie was geared up with just the right questions to guide my tile search. Nice people, good service. But I came out with the wrong color tile for my pool. I visited three times, met with two different sales people. My wife and I and the sales rep all agreed that one selection of tile was quite nice. But its nearly impossible to see what the tile will look like next to your new surface color as it will look under water. I've remodeled two homes, but selecting a matching pool surface and tile was the hardest selection I've ever made. I would have hoped the first question from the sales person was "what color is your new surface" or "do you have a picture of the pool." And then a response like..OK lets try these colors. There was none of that. It's my fault in the end. But ANY guidance on colors and patterns would have been so helpful. I got none of that, sadly and ended up with the wrong color for my pool. So now I either live with it, or drop another $5,000 to change it out.

If you’re thinking of renovating or building a new pool or spa and aren’t sure about the accessorizing tiles, please go see Bonnie at LUV Tile. She was an absolute gem to work with - cutting what I thought would be at least a one hour decision-making process into about 10 minutes. She was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and creative and took the information. I gave her and narrowed it down very quickly. She even recommended bringing the tile samples outdoors to get a better idea of true color and was willing to allow me to bring samples home as long as I returned them. It turned out I didn’t need to take them home at all and I was completely comfortable with my choice. Thanks so much Bonnie and I hope you find that chunky ring at TJ Maxx or elsewhere! 😉
