Great staff. Amazing product - walnut vanity top for our master bath. Solid wood, top- notch product. They referred us to an installer, Mike, who cut and sealed the wood and installed it for us with two vessel sinks and faucets. The final job looks amazing!! Thank you.

The floor we picked is being discontinued but the assistant manager at the Fort Myers location went above and beyond. Syndel has answered every email and phone call with kindness and very professional. She has gone above and beyond of us. We couldn't be happier!!

Just picked up the flooring on Sunday. Kim and Syndel were very helpful with our transaction. Tom, in the warehouse, was very kind and quick to load our flooring. Overall, great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a store with great customer service.

I found all of the people I talked to at this store always absolutely professional, generous with their time, going the extra mile, the flooring looked fabulous (vinyl plank), was decent priced, even bought back the extras. I can't say how many times I changed my mind, due to insurance delays, time to reconsider, they were always patient, helpful and courteous-
I will definitely use LLFlooring again-hopefully not another hurricane for awhile, but this staff made it all go smoothly from ordering, delivery, to restocking.
Highly recommend all who work here. Superior customer service
