I love Lululemon and my friends and family know that, so this has nothing to do with the brand. Went to this location, however, and feel like the employees don’t stick to the store’s policy. I wanted to return some boxers I bought as a gift for someone because I bought the wrong size (that someone did not wear them - they were in their original packaging, untouched) and was told I couldn’t return them. While the employee made it seem like it was so obvious undergarments cannot be returned, I shop at Aerie for myself and they have no issue accepting returns so long as the underwear is unworn and tags are still attached. Being an understanding person, I took it as a sanitary issue and left. But then out of curiosity I looked at Lululemon’s FAQ page which only lists masks and “we made too much” items as final sale, and all other items can be returned so long as in its original packaging and unwashed. My receipt also didn’t mention anything about boxers being final sale. These were bought at full price… Now it was just a waste of my time to drive all the way to this location to be misinformed? Or maybe this store makes its own rules? I’ll stick to shopping online.

This particular store is actually appalling. I am a frequent lululemon shopper but I have never been treated like this before. I am a woman of color and went in with my friends one weekend, the sales associate was condescending to the point where one my friends cancelled her order. There was no apology that the order was cancelled because of rude behavior. I saw the manager huddle with that sales associate and was eyeing us while another friend was making a purchase. I was shocked at the behavior. Completely unacceptable. They need to be educated on manners.

Typical lulu with the current selection on hand. The educators didn’t bug me like most lulu stores so that was s big bonus. On street parking.

I felt so welcome at the store with the cashier Janelle that I will return, specially for the nice shorts that they have. Looks and fells like they're good quality ?

I showed up to their store at 4:58pm and they literally closed their door on my face. I understand that they want to close on time, but all I wanted to do was buy one quick yoga mat with my credit card. They could have at least apologized for the inconvenience.

This is the same store that sold me the wrong sized yoga mat just a few months earlier.

Awesome over the phone experience!

I just called in to order a couple things that were sold out online. I had been referred to this store by the Lululemon customer service and was very happy with my experience.

Ashley answered the phone and helped me find the item I was looking for, as well as gave me some recommendations on a couple of other pieces that I was interested. She was very knowledgeable and descriptive and I ended up getting an extra item that they had on sale that I didn't even know existed!

I have always been over the moon impressed with lululemon customer service and item quality, and this experience was no different. I would highly recommend them as a company, and this location in general.

Everything you would expect in a Lululemon. Really appreciated the entire Clearance second floor. Clearance at Lululemon is leggins normally $125 now $75. Take it when you can get it.
