Absolutely excellent service at the brooksville store. Keith Williams from the beginning was on top of getting me approved and getting the new 42” zero turn that I needed to get my job done faster. After getting to the store the employees was amazing. I also wanted to say Adam jumped right in the process my paperwork so I didn’t wait too long so I can get going on my lawn business. I highly recommend Lowerys True Value in Brooksville. I have been renting several pieces of equipment over the past two weeks. They had everything ready to go when I got there. Chad Adam and Jim were fantastic this is my go to place for anything I need for my small business to get the job done ✅ I will definitely be back to talk to Keith and get a mower package looking forward to doing more business with them in the future thanks, Lowery’s, True, Value, in Brooksville for always having what we need for our small business

We love the convenience of your neighborhood store to not have to go all the way into town for hardware. We do not even mind paying a very large percentage more for that convenience. That being said, for you to close on the Sunday, likely the ONLY day for many to do their clean up, directly after a major hit from a major hurricane is just plain RUDE. PS all the Linemen from out of town likely had cleanup work to do as well. The thing is, you are supposed to be a 'Service Business' That means you go above and beyond to help people when they need help. I have been told on the phone by your people " we walk out of here right at 5:00 and if you are 30 seconds late then Tough. See you later! Work on the Service part. The girls up front are great too BTW.

The experience was perfect !!!!! No pushy sales people, no rush, show you all the different options and let you decide based on your needs as well as answer questions promptly. Once you've decided on a machine then the rest is handled quickly and you even get free delivery. I would most definitely purchase from here again in the future based on my experience.
