No purchase. Experience based on atmosphere and interaction.

Walking in I was greeted by the employee who was friendly, offered their knowledge but didn't make me feel pressured or intimidated. I walked around, the store is pretty big, clean and we'll organized. Exploring the store I talked with the same employee, Jason, I believe is his name, apologies if not. We spoke for a while about a certain section of sexual toys, with no uncomfortable or anxious conversation.

If interested I would definitely give this place a visit. Parking lot is well concealed so no worries from prying eyes. No one inside is going to judge you, we are all shopping for the best experience in our own bedrooms. Prices were pretty good.

Staff very knowledgeable yes but but what is annoying is after day of work and you want to drop by for some of your favorite items to surprise your partner and they have a sign on the door saying be right back and it is always well over and hour so you go home with nothing. Unhappy customer and no money ? for the seller/owner

When I first walked in the there was no greeting, big white lady with the long curly black hair was completely RUDE! There is a way to talk to your customers and she was rude from the start. I will never attempt to go there again just because of how rude she was.

Staff is very knowledgeable about every product sold in store also very friendly.
They also give suggestions on what product best suites you an advice on how to maintain your purchased items.
A little pricee but, I was told the higher the price the better the value an bang for your buck.

Living in Los Banos, we don’t have a store of this type, so this store being in Gilroy is optimal…in addition, it’s a nice, clean, conveniently located shop, so it’s a win/win…?

The customer service is horrible! I don't know what the clerk's problem was, but there is a certain expectation that you have when you go somewhere to spend your money. Maybe.. "Hello, welcome in", ."Thank you for your business..". I will not be going back.
