After that this place falls off the rails. In particular the ventilation system is absolutely deficient. There is a reason they offer high grade breathing masks with medical
Grade filters.

The staff is obnoxious outside of the sales people. Bought some guns there. But would never shoot there again.

Choose wisely for your health or pay down the road.

They keep the range area spotless and ensure a safe environment. I felt comfortable here and will definitely be returning.

I recently visited Lotus Gunworks with my dad and brother, and what started as an exciting trip to test out two newly purchased firearms turned into a disappointing experience. The three of us are seasoned gun owners with plenty of range time under our belts at various facilities. We take range safety seriously and always follow the rules to a T, so we were blindsided by what happened.
After heading into the range, the monitor abruptly stopped us mid-session, accusing us of shooting the top of the hanger that holds the target. His “evidence”? A white smudge on the hanger—feet above where our target was hanging. We explained that there’s no way we hit the hanger, given our experience and the fact that we were aiming at a target well below it. But the range monitor wasn’t interested in hearing us out. He shut us down on the spot, and sent us packing. No warning, no discussion—just an immediate boot.
He claimed he kept a meticulous inventory of every range stall after a shooter leaves, implying he knew the smudge wasn’t there before we started. Yet we watched this same guy repeatedly wander out into the store to chat with other staff, hardly the behavior of someone diligently monitoring stalls. This wasn’t our first visit either—we’d been there the week prior with the same monitor and had zero issues.
The range rules at Lotus Gunworks seem to depend more on the whims of their arrogant staff than any consistent standard. Save your money and your time—go anywhere else. PS: And to anyone from Lotus who might respond with something like, “This shows we take range safety seriously”—don’t buy it. This wasn’t about safety. This was an arrogant range monitor scapegoating rule-abiding gun owners for something we didn’t do. If they’re so serious about safety, why not address it with a warning or a conversation instead of an instant shutdown? Hope the people who used your stall before you took good care of it, because if there’s a random smudge or mark, you might be the next one kicked out for no reason.

I took my gun basics class here last Sunday with GB and Kaylee, and it was amazing!!
It’s intimidating walking through the store for the first time, but everyone is so friendly and understanding about that.
The class was informative and well structured. We talked about safety, learned how it works, dissembled and reassembled the gun, used proper form, and practiced shooting.
GB and Kaylee are great teachers!! This was my first time handling a gun, and I highly recommend coming to Lotus to learn more!
Remember, practice, practice, practice!!!
You need that muscle memory! 💖😄

Lotus is awesome. I had a private lesson with Stacey this afternoon and she was beyond amazing! As a first time shooter and wanting to learn how to shoot for self defense purposes, I was pretty nervous walking in there. Stacey greeted me with a warm smile and it immediately put me at ease. She was patient, caring and not at all intimidating, and you can really tell that she loves what she does. I’ll definitely be back for another lesson with her soon.
