I ordered 13 yards of cloud white fabric from Lonesome Pine Quilts. When I opened up my shipment, I found that the fabric had little black streaks and dashes throughout. I promptly reported the issue to Lonesome Pine Quilts. I forgot to attach pictures with my initial email but did get a response from the quilt shop requesting pictures. I immediately replied with 5 detailed pictures of defects on 04/22/2024. That email went unanswered, which led me to question the customer service. It wasn't until after I placed my Google review that I received and email response. The owner then responded publicly, stating that they did reply but assumed I hadn't seen the email. They mentioned being willing to discuss the issue with the fabric manufacturer to replace the defective product. While I appreciate this response, it contradicts the email communication where I was told there were no flaws seen in the fabric. When they replied to the review they stated "It looks like the spots are the backside of the print that just needs to be folded out." While I have been instructed to return the fabric, there has been no assurance of return shipping or a refund. This inconsistency in responses and delay in effective communication have been quite frustrating. I am still hoping for a resolution that doesn't require additional costs on my part, considering the fabric should not have been defective in the first place.

Justin Law, I'm sure if the marks appeared throughout the fabric, it came that way from the manufacturing process. The fabric is fabulous and if you do not want it, please return it to the shop because I would love to have it. Lonesome Pine is a jewel in the middle of Northwest Arkansas. The owner is one of the best people I know and would do anything possible to satisfy you PS Judy, if this fabric is returned, please let me know. I would be perfect for the backing of a project I'm working on.

This place is such a sweet quilt shop. I come here sometimes to hang out with friends in their quilt classes. It doesn’t matter how long it’s been they remember my name and always have a smile to greet you. It’s like taking quilting lessons from the sweetest set of grandmas. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. If you’re a quilter you won’t regret making the drive to visit this special shop.

Popped in here for the shop hop. I don't even live in Arkansas! Great shop, friendly folks and great variety! There is even an old pickup truck in the middle of the store covered in reasonably priced quilts to buy.

This is the cutest store! They have classes, also. I like to think of it as a destination fabric shop and all things sewing; it is a little drive but absolutely beautiful scenery. Make an afternoon of it and soak it all in! ❤️
