Beautiful arrangement, hand-delivered as promised. Love supporting local businesses and this Lyons florist did not disappoint! The flowers were fresh, and the lilies are not yet opened, so there will still be many days of joy to come from this arrangement!

I recommend only working with the owner and being very specific about the order. I made the mistake of ordering designers choice online with local delivery. I included my phone number and my mom received a plant that was not anywhere on the website as an option (orchid) and I was never contacted about their inability to deliver to an address in Lyons. I only found out of the inability to deliver to her address when my mom got lost trying to find the studio and called me. I left a message and the owner apologized profusely when she called me back. She offered to create a bouquet for my mom when she moved (I wanted to bring the orchid back). The move took longer due to my brother getting sick and dying and we missed the eight week window...again the eight weeks was not communicated in that one conversation but is understandable. Other than the one phone call back, I struggled to reach anyone over the phone (I tried five times) and that was one of the reasons I went with online. The latest exchange occurred via texts with my waiting another week before hearing that I missed the opportunity.

OH MY GOODNESS! I am so happy I chose Living Arts Floral to do my wedding flower arrangements. She was able to listen to everything I wanted and turn it in to amazing pieces of artwork! I called several florists in my search to find someone who could make my dream of a lilac-themed wedding possible, and several florists said that they just couldn’t or weren’t able to guarantee they would be able to get me lilacs. From the get-go, Jeralyn said without hesitation that she could deliver the lilac dream, and boy did she ever! Jeralyn came up with the most gorgeous, artful, tasteful, and romantic lilac arrangements and made my day beautiful beyond compare! I highly recommend Living Arts to anyone who needs gorgeous, original arrangements!

I am very glad to have had the experience of using this great florist! I wasn't able to access their website at the moment I needed, so I called. The florist was obviously a cut above what I was used to. They explained very well how they do arrangements, by design from a person's head with care. Amazing! Much less 'corporate-ish' and much more personal and professional than the others. Thanks for being real!
