LOVE this Ace Hardware! Very clean, neat and organized. GREAT staff (especially Paul - he was very helpful and knowledgable). I frequently choose ACE over the big box stores because I like the staff attention - they are very willing to help. I also like the nostalgia of ACE being the place for the helpful hardware person. There are times I cannot find the right screws for the job at the other places, but I am almost always able to find what I need at ACE. Truly find the Post Office in the store unique and extremely convenient for me when I do not want to trek to the Littleton Main or the Highlands Ranch Main USPS. The only thing they could do better? BIGGER bags of complimentary popcorn! 😉

Went in to buy an item I had thoroughly researched, just needed to purchase. Clerk discussed the new lower price, augmented by rebates and incentives due to battery power. Each “benefit” of the deduction was presented with sarcasm and disdain for the “free money” the state was throwing at people.
I questioned why I would buy from someone that so clearly resented the government’s efforts to assist consumers, support local business, employ workers, and help the environment via reduced carbon emissions, less noise, and cleaner energy. Clerk’s attitude was really inappropriate, so I left without purchasing, guess that store doesn’t want that government assistance touted through the buyer.

Don't trust this store. I drove all the way here because it said they had the item in stock online. When I asked for help at the hub the gentleman said "let's see if we have it in stock." I proceeded to tell him it says it's in stock, that's why I'm here. Then he tells me don't believe everything you read online...I tell him if you keep a good inventory it will be there. Then he gets snark. Turns around and asks if I want a job..No, I want you to your job! Not a very helpful place.

John at this location was incredibly kind and helpful. He helped me pick out the appropriate strap to use and even took the time to help me use the strap to secure the trunk of my car shut as I’m moving a bookcase. Thank you so much!!!

This place is definitely the best! Tyler was really knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. Katherine was also really nice and makes you feel welcome every time you walk in. Great store!

I own the Sport Clips that is in the same shopping complex as this Ace Hardware. I have visited many times for different odds and ends to fix up my shop and I've always received great customer service. Today, Larry, went above and beyond my expectations. He allowed me to borrow a ladder for a quick project, however I didn't notice closing time was 7pm and he waited an 15 extra minutes until I returned. I really appreciated that you went above and beyond. I will be back again I promise.

This place allowed someone to make an online purchase and do an in store pick up without any identification and purchase 2 circular saws in my name. When I called someone named John got an attitude and started being rude to ME!!! I am not the one that that let a man pick up merchandise with a woman's name and info and no ID. In Colorado and I'm a Louisiana resident!!

I have started to go well out of my way to this location because every single employee has been incredibly friendly and helpful. The customer service here is the best of anywhere I’ve shopped in recent memory. Highly recommend.
