For a high end audio store, I'd expect great customer service - or at least some effort to sell.

Waited 20 minutes for a saleman to be free. Asked to see some pretty expensive speakers, salesman said "sorry our amp is out" and walked away. No follow up, no card, he just walked away.

If I owned this store I'd fire this guy. You're selling high end audio. If he worked for me I'd expect him to get the customer information and follow up when the speakers were available to hear.

A good saleman would have asked why I was visiting, what I was looking for, and offered alternatives. Or even found another amp - it's a store full of amps. In five minutes he could have connected something else. It's an amp not a rocket ship.

ListenUp could have easily sold me speakers today - I came ready to buy. But I left with nothing and I won't be back.

We have high praise for all of the Listen Up employees we interacted with, and for the equipment we purchased. Jon Gray took time to listen to our needs and educate us on options suitable for us. His knowledgeable suggestions led us to make choices we are completely satisfied with. Our living space feels like a haven when we are listening to music or watching a movie.

I'm a guy on a budget. The good people at ListenUp respected and understood this. Both times I've dealt with them, they've gone out of their way to find me the very best gear at my price point. They've even gone above and beyond by making me a killer deal on a display item that was being replaced by a newer model. In this case, I left with something much nicer than what I originally thought I could afford. I can't recommend them enough.

Let me start by acknowledging the commendable efforts of Brandon, who consistently demonstrated professionalism and dedication in addressing issues throughout the project. His exemplary communication and commitment to resolving issues were truly appreciated.

However, I must address several significant challenges I encountered during the course of the project. It's crucial to provide specific details to ensure clarity.

Initially, there were instances where incorrect components were ordered, leading to delays and inefficiencies in the installation process. This included receiving wrong color parts and incompatible speakers, which significantly impacted the project timeline.

Moreover, there were concerns regarding the quality of workmanship, particularly with the installation of the network rack and projector screen. The initial installation of the network rack was problematic, with the team failing to restore internet connectivity despite spending several hours onsite. Additionally, there were issues with the projector screen, which was initially mounted at an incorrect angle by the first installation team.

Finally, there seems to have been a discrepancy in the billing process. Upon receiving the final accounting, I anticipated a refund of at least $2k. However, I was surprised to find that I am being requested to pay an additional almost $1k instead. This discrepancy in billing has only added to my frustration and dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

I would like a manager to call me to discuss this and get this resolved once and for all. I very rarely write one star reviews. But this experience is just too bad/sad to not share.
