I was looking for a lightly used washer and dryer and found a reasonably priced Whirlpool set. The set was clean and the appliances work like new. I would totally recommend Lightly Used Appliances and if you don't see exactly what you want check again tomorrow, they likely will have what you are looking for. Thank you for taking care of us.

My refrigerator was making noises so I contacted Elvira who was able to schedule an appointment when I needed it. The repairman, Chris, quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He left with a smile
and a willingness to help us again when we needed it! Great customer service and fair pricing!

Bought a washer and dryer from them at a reasonable price and had it delivered. Delivery call to see if they could deliver it earlier than the window they had given. They were fast and professional at the installation making sure everything was good before leaving.

So I purchased a washer at this location and after 3 years it stop working. I called the store and informed them of the issue. They lady nicely stated. Washers don’t last like they use to. So, if you are looking to get a machine here. Just keep in mind it’s not gonna last longer than 3 years. She pretty much said you get what you pay for. And that is correct. U get what u pay for. So be mindful when buying here. You get what you pay for. A lemon machine….and on the bottom of this machine is stated the washer had motor problems which was not visible being at the bottom of the machine

Bought a washer and dryer set here about a week ago. They're used, so wasn't expecting like new condition, but they were in good condition. They did come with a 90 day warranty. Unfortunately the washer had some issues with the spin cycle, and wouldn't run one at all. I called and dropped it off, they said said they couldn't get the part to fix it, and they replaced the washer with one that was the same brand and similar model the same day. So far it's running great and I hope to have no more issues. Definitely recommend them.

On August 2, 2022 we paid this company to access the problem with our refrigerator. The technician put it on a machine and determined it needed an icemaker. We purchased the part at the cost of $125. He put the part on and the ice dispenser didn't work. He diagnosed the problem was the electrical board. He told us that he would return to replaced the board with a good used one. That was the end of August. As of 1/16/23 we haven't heard from lightly used appliances. We do not recommend this company to others.
