David is fantastic! He helped us pick out our lights for our new home. Wow! The lights look great and were very reasonable. There are so many wonderful lights to look at, it was a hard decision! We have been back there several times to pick out other things for our new house! Definitely a great place to shop and get your lights!!!!

Had been looking for 2 new ceiling fans at the "big box" stores to no avail. Went to the lighting gallery and found a large inventory of fans in all price ranges. David, who has worked there for many years helped us find exactly what we wanted in our price range. We experienced the BEST in customer service! There is also a large and beautiful inventory of chandeliers, floor and table lamps and pendant lights! Thanks so much!

Great experience purchasing all light fixtures and fans for our house remodel. We spend big $$$ to have everything accomplished all together. David is knowledgeable and very kind.
The problem was the delivery of items.over 2 month later. A total nightmare. I had to call so so many times.Answers were : oh that light? They never send it to us, the order got lost etc.
The biggest issue was a huge very expensive dining room light. When it finally came our handyman installed it and it didn’t work. We thought it looked like a returned light fixture.!!! -no cover film over mirror parts.
We hired an electrician who stated a part in that lamp was broken. Lighting gallery said to return it. They called and advised it was a broken lamp indeed and they will order a new one.
New one cam-took a while- and we asked a Lighting gallery electrician to please install it.
What a nightmare. This gentleman would NOT hang the lamp where I wanted it, had an attitude. I gave in let him do whatever he wanted just to get him out of the house. He stayed 70 minutes, hang up a NEW lamp and charged me $300 before stepping on the lightbulbs and breaking it. Stated: you want a new lightbulb, get it yourself, I am going on vacation.
Pros: lamp is beautiful- we love it
Cons: after all the headache we paid $600 to have this lamp installed(handyman, electrician and lighting gallery person)
We addressed the problem with the LGallery and untill now 4 weeks later have not heard a word. Lesson learned when you want to support local business spending $3000 on light fixtures and fans, wish I had known that before.

We purchased a crystal chandelier from Amazon. I assembled the fixture by following pictures due to the instructions were in Chinese. I didn't notice while assembling the fixture that none of our regular chandelier bulbs would fit in the sockets. My wife brought the fixture to The Lighting Gallery and they re-wired the fixture for free and instructed us on where to purchase adapters so our U.S. light bulbs would fit in the sockets. This was true customer service. We cannot thank Lighting Gallery, Inc. for all their help.

I called ahead of time to get some information as it’s 40 mins from my home. Left a message and never got a call back. Got to the store, no customers. Guy sat behind the desk, never asked what I was looking for or if I needed help. He just sat. Was there for about 10 mins. And left. Limited selection. Poor customer service. Save yourself a trip.
