I joined just a few weeks ago when I decided to tag along with my girlfriends, BEST decision I made that Saturday morning! Not having one clue what I was doing Brandon was kind enough to help me along and extended a friendly welcome at the end of class, introducing himself and some of his staff making me feel comfortable and very excited to start a fitness journey there! I’ve enjoyed the morning and evening classes the vibe is always on point making working out something I actually look forward to! I highly recommend some 1 on 1 with Brandon if your new to working out like I was, his energetic personality is exactly what I needed to break out of my shell and start reaching my goals! The whole team at Life fitness is amazing!

I'm so glad I decided to join this gym! The morning classes are a great way to start my day, I can go for 30 minutes or stay for a second class to make it a while hour. All the trainers have been amazing too! I don't feel judged or uncomfortable at all, it's a very friendly place. I highly recommend giving Life Fitness in Ellington a try!

I just started at LIFE fitness 2 weeks ago and I already LOVE it! I started with 1 on 1 sessions with Brandon. He has a great energetic personality that keeps my energy up the whole workout. He always pushes me to give it my all! I always leave my workout feeling accomplished (and drenched in sweat). Group sessions are also fun and there’s an overall positive energy in the gym to get your workout on! 10/10 recommend LIFE fitness to reach your fitness goals!

He gives me the tools to be the best version of myself. Working out at Life is gritty and fun. Love this gym! From the moment I walked in I felt so welcome! I love that we can go at the pace we need and there’s so much variety in the workouts! All of the trainers are the sweetest people you will ever meet and the smoothie bar is such a huge plus!! The times of the classes and aok the members/trainers are great!! Highly recommend this gym for anyone at all stages of their health journey!

I love this place! LIFE Fitness is a such a welcoming community. No gym intimidation here. The owner, Brandon and his team of trainers know each member and offer a very supportive and challenging environment. The group
classes are 30 minutes, and are specifically focused to give you a different total body workout each time!. You will not be bored!

I have found the personal training to be highly individualized and challenging! The trainers hold you accountable and encourage you to work at a level customized to your current ability and your fitness goals! Very easy to create a lifelong fitness habit here, between the schedule and the people, it’s a fantastic gym to belong to!
