Highly recommend LH Brubaker! Very friendly and not high pressure. Helpful and recommended a rebate program. Delivery guys were amazing and did a fantastic job! Even caught in bad weather, they were so respectful of our house and installed to perfection. So thankful for this crew!

These folks have a wide range of beautiful, as well as professional kitchen-type appliances. We were so unhappy with what the big box stores offered. One sales associate at one of those stores told us to try Brubaker’s. We didn’t know about them, but off we went, directly. It was a revelation! They had just what my dream range was! And in white, which is absolutely what we wanted. Good white glove service during installation.Just look at how lovely she is!

The absolute easiest time I've ever had buying any major appliance. Showroom is well laid out and staff is very knowledgeable. Prices were as good or in most items better than big box stores. It's worth the drive. Installers were professional quiet and quick. Communication was way and they arrived on time.

We recently purchased an upright freezer and a refrigerator for our home. The salespeople were very knowledgeable as to what our needs are and accomadating to the type and style we wanted. We love both purchases and wouldn’t hesitate to return to LH Brubaker again for any other appliances. The installers were great too mindful of furniture while bringing the freezer and frig in.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!

As part of a major kitchen renovation, we ordered for appliances, and the salesman coordinated with our contractor for the delivery and installation dates. The initial installation didn't go very well because the crew was not very experienced. However, we were able to coordinate with the installation manager, and the final reinstallation effort was done very well with with an experienced crew. All the appliances are working well and look very nice in our new kitchen. Also, with the salesman's advice, we purchased the protection plans for the refrigerator and range.

Our experience while in the store was great. Our experience with the delivery guys was not. They kept goofing around and making jokes when we just wanted them to bring in our new appliance, set it up, and go. We warned them numerous times about not letting our pets out And not coming in And out of the front door. Yet they repeatedly left the Garage door wide open, Increasingly used the front door, and when reminded the doors had to stay closed so the pets Wouldn’t get out, would slam the doors shut resulting in the doors just flying open again. We certainly want different delivery people next time.

Just bought a Frigidaire Gallery fridge and the sale was flawless, kind, courteous. They worked with us to get the quickest delivery possible since we were living out of coolers. No high pressure sale. The delivery guys were absolutely fantastic. Best experience in appliance shopping in a very long time.
