Cindy was extremely helpful, kind and patient. She ordered my pool cover because it was not in stock & is having it delivered to my home. Cindy walked around the store with me to make sure that I had everything I needed to close my pool & answered my many questions! Such a breath of fresh air to experience such awesome customer service!

Friendly staff and great knowledge. Best customer service. I have other pool supply store near my house and I choose to take the drive to Milford because they are the best at what they do. Great selection of chemicals and they are always fully stocked.

I recently ripped a hole in my pool liner. Cindy was the most helpful manager of any pool store I ever went to. She not only help me pick the right new liner but put me in contact with one of their preferred installers. She did follow up to be sure the contacted me. I always buy my supplies in this store and have my water tested by Cindy or one of her associates. I have and always will continue to shop at Leslies due to the hassle free service.

Absolute worst customer service I ever experienced. Cindy the manager is an absolute joke. I purchased a pool vacuum and was not happy with it, I went to return it and Cindy’s exact words were “ I can’t take it back it used and I won’t be able to sell it to another customer”. I said to her…. Huh? That’s not my problem, you sold me something I’m not happy with. Whether or not you can sell it to someone else is not my problem. Then she says “you paid cash and I don’t have enough cash to refund it”. Come to find out when you return something at Leslie’s that you paid for with cash they send you a check in the mail. So her nonsense of not having enough cash was a complete lie. I went to another Leslie’s and they had no problem taking it back. All this location wants to do is sell you ridiculously overpriced pool chemicals. Here’s a tip, drive down the street to OCEAN STATE JOB LOT much cheaper pool chemicals. This place is a joke, and will never see another dime from me.

Exceptional service! Cindy and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We purchased our above ground pool from this location. Cindy was patient and provided guidance throughout the process. Our pool was delivered within a week's time. Fantastic recommendations for installation and electrical. We're delighted and look forward to years of service from Leslie!

Cindy the store manager is asset to leslies corporation. She is very knowledgeable of the products and she is extremely helpful in resolving most pool issues. I often stop in the store to just say hello because she is extremely nice, and you feel important as a customer. I constantly come back her store because I enjoyed the cindy and her staff.
