My AC unit gave out as the heat wave is approaching and our best guess was that I needed a new capacitor. I tried ordering the part on Amazon but that online merchant kept sending me the product with the wrong specs so I needed something FAST and REASONABLY PRICED. This place is amazing!

Their friendly staff was able to give me advice regarding my current part, if they had anything on hand, AND that they can test my current part to see if I did in fact need to replace it. A quick visit to the store and they were able to determine the faulty part and provide the new one to purchase. One hour later and our home is nice and cool.

Highly recommend using them before forking over $$$'s of dollars and, let alone, service visits that might take weeks to get.

I had an LG dryer stop heating. Found the high limit switch faulty. Replaced the temp sensor, thermistor, high limit switch and thermostat. Dryer is 11 years old, replaced all sensors because I wasn't anxious to keep replacing sensors one by one. Leo's had all the parts at reasonable prices. The customer service is excellent!

Good place for handy man. You can get all parts for your household appliances, but but appliances.
Passing by every week, but first time to buy part for our clothes dry machine here. Much expensive ($79) than online ($25), but understand. I never thought it's possible to buy this kind parts locally. Knowledgeable in machine parts. As soon as I gave the information for my model, he can tell me exactly part I need.
No return policy needs your attention. No photo policy as well. I took two photos, and showed to him, and he told me that's OK.

Walked in unannounced to find a broken switch I needed for my GE dryer. They didn't have the part in stock but they were very accommodating and sourced the part which I'll pick up tomorrow from them. Great resource and a dying breed for the DYI'ers and really appreciate their existence.

This store is an absolute treasure. You meet the owner and you can understand why he doesn't return phone calls... I think they've probably been here 30 to 40 years at this location and they're only open 6 hours a day. You really have to drive in and talk to him for all of his knowledge. Those who compare him to Amazon are way out of line. Those who need a return phone call he doesn't have the time for that. You go in and he will teach you what you need to know, and give you the part at a decent price. I can truly tell you he was Google long before there was a Google.

Contacted Leo's Appliance Parts for a component for a discontinued Samsung refrigerator, and although their vendor no longer carries it, Maria referred me to another distributor who's site she uses for Samsungs exploded view. She informed me their site indicated they had the part in stock. I call that CUSTOMER SERVICE. And yes, I am writing this review for Leo's who I did not even purchase from. The part is on order and the problem with my discontinued refrigerator solved. Thank you very much.
