Lenny's Furniture - Fort Myers, Florida

I'm back in SWFL and helping Mom. Today, she needs a new sofa as the last one just wasn't comfortable enough. Okay, I have a new quest as we drive all around Cape Coral and Fort Myers!

Lenny's was not the first stop - it wasn't geographically closest - but it was the last stop. After several other stores that will get reviews later, this one is written ahead of its chronological order because we had a very positive experience and did find what we wanted.

Way less expensive than others and with a wide variety of styles including the "back room" warehouse that was full of "cheap" stuff, we were helped by Joe today. He was eager to please and mostly left us to our own wandering. When we found the one we liked, he was able to quickly check inventory and explain delivery. For the final sale, we were handed off to the store manager, Raul who got the paperwork sorted and arranged payment.

We left the store after about 40 minutes, pleased with the experience and happy with the purchase. We should have come here first.

So we went to Lennys for a mattress.
They're going out of business which is pretty sad....such a great place for furniture.

First, our sales woman was a wonderful woman with possibly an accent from New York.
She pointed us to one of the last available mattresses. A hotel style king. And I absolutely love it.

We were going to buy the matching sheets but holy cow they were expensive....

The delivery was almost perfect.
Two guys brought in my mattress and box springs...
I even tipped them a $20 scratcher winner I had..
But once I took off the plastic, we found out that the box springs were different colors and not exactly the same...and the mattress was dirty from the damaged plastic cover...but it easily cleanable.

BUT....BUT....BUT....

I would definitely go here again if it weren't for the going out of business thing....
I loved my customer service and I absolutely love my mattress. High quality. And I've never slept better

Above and beyond with customer service!
I was in a pinch, needed furniture immediately due to an emergency situation.
Kelvin produced, and he did it with patience, and grace!
Even hand delivered items with his trusty sidekick Juan!
And the choice at Lenny’s was amazing!

Shopping at Lenny’s Furniture is a treat. We purchased well crafted and beautiful furniture at amazing prices. Our wonderful sales representative Bonnie, is a delight and so fun to work with. Bonnie is professional, knowledgeable of the furniture, personable and my husband and I enjoyed our conversation and laughs with Bonnie. We will definitely purchase again at Lenny’s Furniture.

A must go to furniture store!! I was greeted by BONNIE, i told her I was looking for a sleeper sofa that I needed yesterday, I told her my budget range so in short I wanted a high end good quality sleeper with a budget pocket book, she took we right over and showed me 2!!! After being affected from Hurrican Ian and having to replace everything she was understanding, not to mention funny as $&@&… I got the approval of purchase from my husband it was a go , he said just buy it. The showroom was outstanding I loved everything from sofas to nightstands lamps kitchen tables you name it.

You must check this place out it won’t disappoint!!!

I needed to have my sofa delivered asap, RAUL and JEANNE made it happened, I was so thankful for there compassion and understanding of my situation… The BEST outstanding customer service, I’ve had in a long time.

Oh wait it didn’t stop there, the 2 young delivery drivers SHAWN & (JHONNY) did an amazing job getting it in the house did the setup showed us how to pull out bed how it worked put it where we wanted took the plastic off, they were really nice guys not to mention they were very careful bringing it into the house

Thank you LENNY’S FURNITURE in Ft Myers… We will be back. Great customer service, doesn’t get any better then this.
