Sales lady was excellent. Explained the styles, colors available, moved items around for a different setting. It was our only pieces of furniture we owned as we sold everything before moving to the villages. Everything is still looking great and very comfortable. We receive many compliments on the comfort and styling.

Went in on Saturday and was treated nicely. Went in today and the sales person (I'm not going to name names) didn't acknowledge us even though I told her we were in on Saturday and it was nice to see her again. When I asked about a specific manufacturer she was just rude and
condescending. We will NEVER go back.

Wonderful Place! One of the best furniture stores I've even been in. The sales staff was very attentive and very helpful. They were very knowledgeable and full of great ideas. As a result we purchased a major chunk of new furniture to furnish our 20x40' Lanai area. They were not only helpful but fun to deal with!

Very rude. Acted like we didn't know anything because the manufacturer stated you could buy just cushions there. Ok so we couldn't, no problem so why act so degrading. If my mom did decide she wanted new furniture and not just replace her cushions I would and will not bring her back there. In fact she could have been less rude about the fact she doesn't sell cushions and try to be a good salesperson and sell us a new set lol

What a terrible store! The furniture is beautiful but the sales clerk really gets in the way of that. I was there today and she never even stood up, sitting behind the desk. Treated me in a very condescending voice because I didn't buy my furniture from them. I wanted to order new cushions for my existing set. This is my third visit to this store and she was there each time and this will be my very last visit. I won't step foot back into this store again. She was so rude and I felt that she just didn't want to help me and I told her so. She just smiled.
