Our experience with Jim at the Sarasota Leaders location was second to none! We stopped at 4 other outdoor furniture stores nearby and were stunned at the high prices! Leaders was our last stop and in my mind, expected much of the same. We were pleasantly surprised! Jim greeted us and checked in periodically to answer any questions. A comfortable, no pressure approach. We found exactly what we were looking for, really more than we were looking for, at about half of the price. Beautiful furniture and upholstery options with only a 3-4 week delivery time. It was an easy, relaxing experience. I highly recommend Leaders and Jim!!

Great experience! From sales to delivery, everything went smoothly. They had the exact patio set I was looking for, the sales staff was knowledgeable and helped me to make educated decisions. Purchased on a Saturday, delivered on Tuesday! Doesn't get much quicker than that. Delivery guys were on time, professional.

I cannot say enough good things about my shopping experience at Leaders, from the time and attention I received from Mark, the salesman, to his knowledge and helpfulness, to the delivery of my patio furniture. I only wish I had done this years ago. There was no pressure and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. If you’re shopping for patio furniture, don’t put it off. This is the place to go.

We went to ONE place and ONE place only for patio Furniture after reading reviews. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We received excellent attention in the store and assistance on sizing. The delivery came today despite road closures and flooding surrounding Sarasota. Thank you Glen and Kamal for the extra care, being safe but making it through the roadways! Not many businesses operate this way anymore where customer service is outstanding and they take time with you. We HIGHLY recommend this store and the options were amazing!

I consider myself very lucky that my wife and I ran across Leaders for our outdoor furniture. After going to twenty plus furniture stores over the last few months, it was clear that Leaders was hands down the best in its class. We loved working with Jim that helped us design our perfect entertainment space. We get so many compliments for both the style and comfort of the furniture.
