My husband and I had the very best experience at leader furniture in Jensen Beach in October 2024. The sales manager was extremely helpful and even provided us with tips for the local area since we just bought a home here. To say that she was kind, helpful and knowledgeable is an understatement. Our patio furniture was in stock so it only took a few days to have it delivered. The delivery guys showed up when they said they would and they set the furniture up on our patio. We even brought in a cushion from a prior outdoor patio chair that we love to have it recreated with the same color pattern as our new furniture. We were so happy with the porch furniture we purchased from Leaders Furniture a few months ago that I went back today to buy three more pieces for our patio. Although they didn't have the two items in stock, they scoured the other stores in Florida and found exactly what I wanted. I should have my furniture in about a week. We recently chose our forever home in Florida and needed to create our outdoor oasis. We looked around at all the shops and did research online but kept coming back to Leaders. My parents instilled in us that quality can last a lifetime and that's what we found with Leaders. The items we chose were a tad pricey but the quality is certainly there and in my humble opinion- worth it! Thank you Leaders for sharing you quality, creativity, and craftsmanship with the world. Retail is a difficult business...keep doing what you are doing!

We placed an order the first week of November, we told them we would like delivery the first week of January since we would be traveling over the Holidays. Because of my complaining at the local store they finally delivered some of the furniture on January 18. We still don't have it all. It appears that their policy is to only deliver when the order is 100%. Don't bother calling the headquarters phone number, all you get is a voicemail box and they don't call you back. Leader's service level is the worst that I've
ever had in over 50+ years. If the company that I worked for had customer service like Leader's they
would go out of business. We have no idea when the rest of our furniture will be in. FYI it's even made in Florida.

In response to your comments, I called and left 2 messages at the phone number you listed, NO call back was ever made. As for delivery, we don't even recall hearing that you have a deliver charge. So the table is in but the umbrella stand isn't in. Does that mean we have to wait even longer? As for custom ordering, it was in the catalog we were shown. We didn't customize the table buy asking for a different paint job or longer legs to make the table sit higher.
