If there was a way I can give zero star I would do that. This store is racist and they don’t like families coming to their store.
Our experience here was really bad. My daughter who is 5yrs old is still so upset.

If you are family person or not white please don’t step in this store.

I don’t know what wrong with people. We came to buy furniture, and how can we not sit on chair or touch any of their furniture.

They way they very rude.

Answers to the owners respond on my review: First of all nobody was jumping or running in your store. Sitting on the stool and saying"mommy can we buy this stool for my room i like it" or sitting on the bed saying "mommy can we buy this for your bedroom" or just being curious and asking question to her parents in what you call running around and jumping. Please our kids understand how to behavior in store is verse in a playground.

We shop a lot in Pottery Barn, Arhaus, Design Within Reach and RH & Natuzzi Italia Which has more expensive and designer piece than what you sell but non of this store ever behave the way your sales team did. In fact they enjoy answering questions and are so welcoming to everyone.

If you dont want kids to come just mentioned in your website or write a board saying kids are not allowed here.

You are running a business and your store has door with sign stating furniture people, families with all age kids will enter if they are in market looking for furniture.

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I was very delighted when I found this amazing luxury furniture store. I had looked at many places in San Diego, but none of them could compare to the experience and the warmth of the employees here at Le Dimora. I was taken aback by the massive 15,000 sq foot show room floor when I first walked. A little over whelmed I should say so myself. Greeted by one of the ladies there Jennifer Snyder who was so sweet made me feel like I was shopping with a friend, but she knew what she was talking about.

I told Jennifer that I wanted a home that would make me feel like warm and cozy with bold colors. We strolled the showroom floor so I could get an idea of the collections that they carried. I feel in love with Drexel Heritage collection. The pieces are very simple and elegant where I can add in any bold color I wanted with each room. I have a massive home so this allows me to create a different feel when walking into each room of my home. We choose some beautiful pieces for each room. From there she had me look at a color palette which I had fun with because there were so many colors to choose from.

This was a process to do each room one at a time, but worth every moment. I would do it all again. I will be returning soon so we could do the exterior of my home. My house is going to look amazing. I'm excited to see the finish product.

I’m telling all my family and friends where to come when shopping for their homes. I love this place.

Walked in and was never greeted. Walked around the entire store and no one approached me. Decent designs and furniture but I'm big on entire shopping experience especially with the amount of biz i would be.
