I bought the recliner chair of my dreams yesterday. I have owned Lazy Boy recliner before and the customer service and warranty did what they promised. I had to have the chair I bought yesterday "custom" built… nothing on the sales floor suited all of my needs and color. They will add anything to a base model (I bought a power recliner) that you want, but it will cost you plenty of $$$$. I'm just retiring now, and I deserve it! And my chair that will be here in 6-9 weeks will be perfect! High Quality! AND the sales staff are very patient 🙂

Ever since I was a child I always wanted a fancy lazy boy. For someone like me, this price tag, even while the item is on clearance, is something I never thought I could afford. Sure it’s still a lot for a recliner, but I’ll tell you what, just like everything else in the world, you get what you paid for. I’m a PCCM Doc which means my body gets pushed to its limit at work in order to do my job. At the end of the day, I need something of this caliber for rest & relaxation. Otherwise, I’ll end up needing hip, knee and spine surgeries to continue to care for my patients, just like my more senior colleagues did. Sherri, the sales associate was lovely, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Her dad is a surgeon, she understands why I need a good chair.

The sales person, Lorie at Jacksonville Town Center store, was very informative and helpful with our decision to purchase a recliner. She walked the entire store carrying sample leather swaths and explained the differences between qualities of leather. She was very clear about the purchase price and delivery of my recliner. Excellent customer service.

Great experience at the Town Center La Z Boy. My wife and I didn’t make a purchase because we decided to wait a few months before we remodel. But when we are ready, we will definitely be back. Our sales rep, Elizabeth, made it such a great experience I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. She even offered to come to our home to do measurements and make us a 3D floor plan!! Are you kidding me? All I can say is if you need quality furniture and want a pleasurable experience, go to La Z Boy off Town Center Parkway and ask for Elizabeth. You won’t be disappointed.

Today we took a trip to Jacksonville for the sole purpose of purchasing new furniture.We had been doing research on La-Z-Boy since our initial purchase over 30 years ago was from the same company. We were hoping to take advantage of sales that were in progress over the holiday period. It was raining and when we got out of the vehicle we were greeted at the door by a store employee and welcomed into the store. We were then introduced to Susan, Lauren, Sherry and Robin. We informed I believe that it was Susan that we were going to look around and if we had any questions we would ask. We spent about 20 minutes looking at different options and colors that we finally made a decision to make a purchase. Lauren came over and took our details and particulars about what we really wanted and very interested in. She stated that she was new and would help us navigate the process. So after meeting with the four names mentioned above we had a sale and made a down payment. We were notified about the protection warranty and about the approximate delivery’s time frame. I must say this was a very enjoyable purchase. There was zero pressure and each one of employees we interacted with were absolutely amazing and personable. I can’t any more about how happy we both were to make our purchase. We have always been very happy with this establishment’s price/quality ratio. You absolutely get what you pay for! A special shoutout to Susan, Sherry and Lauren for a very smooth experience. Looking forward to receiving our new furniture 😃.
