My salesman was professional & knowledgeable & attentive to my must haves for the rocking recliner I was shopping for.
I will only have lazy boy recking recliners as they have rocking features not found in other brands. I was told it could be up to 90 days for my chair to be delivered, it took over 3 1/2 months. I have 2 other lazy boy rocking recliners over 20 yrs old made with attention to detail in upholstery that this new chair is lacking in. I am somewhat disappointed in the upholstered workmanship deciding just how to handle it.
I suggest discussing features important to you with your sales person, & not take for granted the quality you may expect in your non promotional special ordered chair.

Good options, especially for Recliners. The salesman wasn’t super annoying and was actually helpful. We found a chair we like and they ended up having the chair in stock so from enter the door to leave with a chair in the truck-bed only took 20-25 minutes. Worth a try if you are in the market for some furniture 5 stars.

LA-Z-BOY, Gary and Peyton…the trifecta of furniture design, knowledge and experience. We walked into the store and Gary greeted us, and showed us all the different pieces. Before it was over, we didn’t feel like just clients, but friends. This was an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend anyone looking for great furniture to go see Gary and Peyton at LA-Z-BOY!!

Drove 2 hours just to order a sofa from La-Z-Boy because we wanted one that was great quality and would last a long time, not like most of those we've purchased from the big box stores in the past. Indi, our sales lady, was terrific in helping us in finding a sofa that would fit our needs, but also finding us some ways to save some money too. Sofa fits and feels great.

Purchased a sleeper twin chair 9/2/24. When we unpacked it, a leg/support was not attached. It was a defect from the factory. We called our sales rep Toni. No response. We were finally able to get a repair call scheduled. We waited from 12:00 to 3:30. We received a call and was unable to call it back. Wasted afternoon. We consciously chose Lazyboy for their reputation for excellence. We will not be purchasing from Lazy Boy in the future. Once you pay your bill, you become a stranger to them. Very poor follow up.
